Terms of service.
Please read these terms before you start your search. They explain the service, your choices, and what we can promise.
The service
Evryday Jobs is a career services provider. The $149 Kickoff includes a rebuilt, ATS-ready master resume and a written Search Blueprint. The master resume is yours to keep, even if you cancel. The Search Blueprint covers your target roles, tiered company list, salary band, positioning angle, and live matching openings. Ongoing services may include finding and scoring roles, tailored resumes and cover letters, and weekly delivery of ready-to-apply packages with posting links, based on the plan you select.
What we do not promise
We do not guarantee employment, interviews, responses, offers, or any hiring outcome. We guarantee the defined work in your selected plan. Hiring decisions belong to employers.
Your information and responsibilities
Evryday Jobs prepares ready-to-apply packages; we do not submit applications on your behalf. You are responsible for reviewing each package and for deciding whether and when to submit an application. You are also responsible for ensuring that your resume, work history, preferences, and other information are accurate, complete, and lawful to use. You must use all materials truthfully and must not fabricate experience, qualifications, or other facts. We will not knowingly add experience or qualifications that are not true.
Billing and cancellation
Your monthly plan is a subscription billed in advance. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and service continues through that date. The Kickoff is a one-time charge.
Ready-to-apply package quota guarantee
Your plan includes a monthly ready-to-apply package quota. A package counts when we deliver a posting link, tailored resume, and matching cover letter for a role that fits your search criteria. If we do not deliver that quota during a full month of active service, we will credit that month back. This credit is the remedy for a missed quota. It does not apply to hiring outcomes, paused service, incomplete client information, or roles you ask us not to pursue.
Your documents
Documents we produce for you, including your master resume, tailored resumes, cover letters, and Search Blueprint, belong to you after payment. You remain responsible for reviewing and using them truthfully and for submitting any application yourself.
Limits on liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Evryday Jobs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost opportunities, income, or employment outcomes. Our total liability for a claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the service in the three months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
