Our guarantee
Your plan has a monthly ready-to-apply package quota. A package includes a posting link, tailored resume, and matching cover letter. If we miss that quota during a full month of active service, we credit that month back. It is a clear promise about the work we agreed to complete.
We cannot promise an interview, a response, an offer, or employment. Employers make those decisions, and you decide whether and when to submit an application. The credit also does not apply when service is paused, your information is incomplete, or you ask us not to pursue enough roles to meet the quota.
If we miss your quota, contact us and we will review the package-delivery record with you. When the quota was missed, we credit the affected month back. The credit is your remedy for a missed quota.
