What we collect
We collect the information you choose to give us to run your search. This can include your contact details, resume, work history, education, skills, target roles, work preferences, salary preferences, and information needed to prepare your ready-to-apply packages.
How we use it
We use your information to provide the Kickoff and your selected ongoing service, including preparing documents, finding and scoring roles, delivering ready-to-apply packages for your review, sending updates, processing payment, and responding to your questions. We do not submit applications on your behalf.
Where it is stored
Our database and files are self-hosted on our own private server infrastructure. The service providers that process personal information for us are Stripe for payments, Resend for email delivery, and Hostinger for hosting infrastructure. They process information only as needed to provide their services to us.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your resume or ready-to-apply package information with employers because you submit applications yourself. We share information only with the listed service providers as needed to provide the service.
Retention and deletion
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your personal information by emailing jobs@evrydaystudio.com. We will explain any information we must keep and why.
Cookies and analytics
Our site may use essential cookies for site operation and may use analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site. Those tools may collect device, browser, and usage information. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
